Terms of use
Effective 21 September 2026. These terms explain how VA Connection works. Read them with the Privacy Policy before creating an account.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. Give an accurate date of birth and a valid email address. Use a unique screen name and protect your password. Do not share an account or create another account to bypass a play break.
2. Entertainment-only credits
Play Credits are fictional counters used inside the games. New accounts receive 100,000. There are no purchases, paid entry, cash prizes or prizes of value. Credits cannot be sold, given to another member or redeemed. Game results do not predict results in games played for money.
3. Game rounds and connection loss
A selected play level is deducted when the server accepts a round, and any fictional credit award is added once. The server result controls the outcome. If a connection is interrupted, use Retry Round to recover the same result. Closing the animation does not reverse a completed round.
4. Acceptable use
Do not exploit software defects, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, impersonate other people or submit unlawful content. Report a suspected error through Support and include the game title and approximate time. Never send passwords or sensitive identity documents.
5. Artwork and software
Access to the games does not transfer ownership of their software, artwork or sound. Do not copy or redistribute material unless you have the relevant permission. Your own messages remain yours; they are processed only to handle your request and operate the service.
6. Availability and changes
We maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connection problems or software faults can interrupt play. Completed rounds remain in your account activity. We may update features and these terms; material eligibility or privacy changes require updated acceptance before continued use.
7. Account controls and closure
Voluntary breaks immediately suspend sign-in and new rounds for the selected period. They cannot be shortened through the interface. Contact the operator for account closure or data requests. Abusive use may be restricted to protect the service.
8. Contact
For account, game or privacy questions, use the Support form or care@vaconnection.com. Do not send passwords or identity documents. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
